Introduction: Disseminated herpes zoster (DHZ) characterized by the vesicles that appear outside dermatome with more than 20 lesions. The DHZ common in immunocompromised patient. This case reports immunocompetent patients which is a rare case.Case: 45- and 60-years old men came pain. dermatological examination showed on dermatomal of dermatome. diagnosed as involving ocular thoracic nerves. work carpenters who require strenuous physical activity sun exposure. fatigue can be trigger for disseminated lesions zoster. There are no other factors lower body's resistance, such systemic disease or drugs. cases were treated acyclovir anti-inflammatory good results.Conclusion: These one triggers
